Upon your confirmation, we provide more information and the Regal Refunds Authority to Act and Release form, which allows us to proceed within legislative frameworks. Upon validation, we submit claims to relevant holding authorities, requiring supporting identification. We facilitate communication and document retrieval, updating you throughout. This largely depends on two factors. Firstly, each holding authority or agency has different processing times to complete claims once they have received all of the required documentation. Secondly, getting the required documentation is different for each claim. Some claims require minimal documentation, but other claims are far more detailed in the evidence that is required, so it is difficult to estimate a time frame for completion. In general, it is a rather complex process that requires the help of experiences refund agents such as us. Most of our clients would not be able to navigate this process themselves due to the complexities involved.
