We employ various research tools, including White Pages, online search engines and social media platforms, to locate potential asset owners. Our dedicated team invests significant effort in research to inform you about assets that may belong to you, even after years of changes.
Rest easy – we handle the entire process for you. Once we have your certified ID, we initiate a claim on your behalf. Upon approval, the holding authority transfers the funds to our trust account, and we subsequently transfer the funds to you via electronic funds transfer, adhering to legal requirements and independent audits. Or if you prefer, we are happy to send you your funds via bank cheque. It is up to you.
Our commitment to transparency means we only charge a percentage of the recovered funds. This fee varies based on the complexity of the case and is clearly outlined in the Regal Refunds Authority and the legal contract you'll sign before submitting the claim. No upfront charges apply.
A company or person due to forgetfulness, neglect, death, liquidation, etc will leave funds or assets of some kind in an institution whether it be a Bank, Insurance Company or Government office etc. A letter or cheque will be sent by the agency where the funds have originated, to the rightful owner at their last known address to notify the owner of these misplaced assets.
To ensure legality and fairness, we must provide evidence that funds are returned to the rightful owner listed on official records. Holding authorities require proof for releasing funds to maintain their own standards of compliance.
No immediate proof is necessary. Signing and submitting the Authority to Act and Release form is the priority, enabling us to delve deeper into your case. This form unlocks the ability to share more information about the location of the funds and initiate the investigation process.
We operate on a no-win/no-fee basis, meaning if we can't recover your funds, you won't incur any charges. No upfront fees or personal information are required, ensuring a risk-free engagement.
Claiming what is likely yours back is your choice, and there's no obligation. However, consider that lost assets held by the authority for an extended period are at risk of being lost forever. Our goal is to help you prevent this loss and regain what's rightfully yours.
Why Did This Happen?
Have you have ever moved address, been married, divorced, widowed, changed email address, landline or mobile number etc?
Have you ever taken out a loan, opened a bank account, purchased shares, obtained paid employment etc?
Are you a business that has dealt with many other entities in administering these funds and lost track of the correct contact person etc?
If you have answered yes to any of these questions that you probably have lost assets sitting in the system somewhere. When you move or change your name and do not notify the relevant institutions straight away of these changes, they only have your last known name and/or address to send information to. This is where the problem usually begins.
